This is the best tasting Steak & Ale Pie around. Sirloin tips braized in a special Royal seasoning recipe, and then aged in Dark Ale for 48-72 hours. Then set into a secret old-world pie crust recipe. The ONLY thing that could possibly make it better than it already is—if we could marinate the steak in actual Bishop’s Finger Dark Ale—(the oldest Ale in England), but BF doesn’t ship to the U.S. (We’ve asked!!).
